Board Meetings

Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Districts office located at 7861 Ripley Road in Cottageville, WV at 4:30 p.m.

Meetings are open to the public. All customers wishing to make a comment during board meetings are required to notify the District at least 5 working days prior to the board meeting. All comments during the board meeting are limited to 5 minutes per meeting.

All questions need to be submitted in writting to the District with a response time by the District of no later than Thirty (30) days.

Customer's should be respectful and courteous. It is acceptable to disagree with the Board of Directors or with other customers, but avoid personal attacks or overheated rhetoric.
